Why Alumni Return
Alumni who have already returned for a second and third year have consistently found more in the program. We expect every return to offer a different layer because each year brings a different version of you.

From participant to contributor
PowerUp is growing, and so is its teaching community. Alumni who return repeatedly may, over time, be invited to contribute to the expanding teaching team. These opportunities depend on readiness, fit, conduct, contribution and the needs of the program; they are not automatically created by completing a set number of retakes.
PowerUp Masters is optional. If you choose to return, we want it to be an intentional decision — one that encourages you to attend, contribute and implement. The aim is simple: use the year to create value in your work and life that far exceeds the course fee.
Your fee reduces with every consecutive retake. This recognises the commitment of alumni who continue to return, build on the work and strengthen the PowerUp community.

No. It is an entirely optional opportunity for eligible PowerUp Residency alumni who feel ready to return and go deeper.

You are returning to the PowerUp Residency experience, but you will not experience it in the same way. You will arrive with more context, more real-world experience and different priorities. The program will also continue to evolve as PowerUp improves.

A meaningful investment supports meaningful commitment. It helps protect the quality of the cohort and encourages alumni to attend, participate and implement enough to create a return far greater than the fee.

Each uninterrupted annual retake moves you to the next fee level. If you take a year off, your next retake resets to the first-retake price current at that time.

The fee schedule may change between intakes. After a break, the current first-retake price will apply rather than a historic price.

There is no course fee for the seventh consecutive retake.
Any separately identified travel, accommodation, optional activities, materials or third-party costs remain the alumnus’s responsibility.

Repeated attendance may create a pathway to contribute, but it is not automatic. Invitations depend on readiness, fit, conduct, contribution and what the program needs at the time.
